Who is Raphael Louis?

Raphael Louis grew up within a political environment in Haiti, where his distinguished family members and relatives held prestigious and influential government positions through public service institutions. Throughout his teenage years of secondary school education, his life was impacted by various socio-cultural, religious and political phenomena within the Haitian society as he became inspired to write and co-produce a 90 minutes documentary movie entitled “The Mirror That Kills” while he was working at a local television station.

He arrived in the United States of America (U.S.A) in May of 1992 seeking political asylum following a series of life threatening incidents in Haiti for having produced the documentary, and shortly after, he immigrated to Canada in September of 1993 as a refugee-claimant. Raphael Louis was unanimously accepted by the United Nations (UN) International Refugee Tribunal in 1994 after a high level panel of Judges reviewed his refugee claim, and granted him refugee status. Since then, Raphael Louis has been in Political Exile.

Considering Raphael Louis socio-political and judicial adversities and challenges he faced, which began in the late 1990 as he experienced various sort of inequities and imbalances within the academic, labor, corporate, and privates sectors for which he has not only gained insightful knowledge of socio-political issues affecting the Canadian multilevel societies, but has developed the brilliance, intelligence, magnetism, charisma and most appealing the personal characteristics of a true visionary national and world Leader.

Raphael Louis leadership credibility is recognizable  through his accomplishments as a published author/writer, radio show host, international public speaker, government and non-profit expert, recipient of a University of Ottawa (International House) Honorary degree, interviewed numerous international celebrities through his radio show and monthly published e-newsletter, and has delivered various speeches, contributed to numerous national and international organizations, assisting in their founding documents writing their structural plans.

He has also coached many non-profit organizations leaders, and published a list of Case Studies through a period of extensive research study of the European Union (EU), the United Nations (UN) and other World Institutions, and has successfully completed various higher education training certification programs through the United Nations (UN).

He is also the Founder/Leader of the Civil Rights Party of Canada, a federal political party committed to keeping Canada safe with a mission to expand opportunity for every Canadian Citizens regardless of country of origin, country of birth, gender, age, social status, or corporate status.

What we have for his leadership experiences is that Raphael Louis' political achievements are notably perceivable throughout the creation of the Federal Association for the Advancement of Visible Minorities (FAAVM Canada) in 2002; which is a national and international Civil and Human Rights non-profit and charitable organization, working nationally and internationally to advance minorities' rights, and also working as an international, federal, and InterProvincial government lobbyist.

Raphael Louis has also launched the “Canada Civil Rights Act of 2003“, an important legislative project, which reflects the input of an inter-disciplinary cross-cultural research evidence and analysis within the local and national communities. He has also skillfully dealt with various multi-government institutions such as the Senate, the House of Commons nationwide and worldwide.

We now realize that Raphael Louis is incontestably an accomplished and experienced leader, and qualified Prime Minister candidate with the touch of style and manner of a genuine politician, combined with the evidence of real passion, and natural bond that connect him with the aspirations of an entire people and nation and the rest of the world.
